·         Manage group of 6-10 software developers and up to 15 concurrent projects

reinstallation of operating system (NT/98/95) or software if necessary.

·         Develop “restore CD” for all NT/Win2K NEC laptop products, allowing customers to restore their laptop back to factory shipped condition.

·         Hire and train staff  for OEM preinstallation of Windows NT (English and localized French) adhering to strict Microsoft legal guidelines.
